Billed for suspended connection

As discussed with Jessica in account I don't understand why I must pay for August 2021 as my connection was suspended due to non-payment which I understand. We wish activate the connection again this weekend but now we will be billed for August 2021.

My question is if Afrihost is expecting a double debit or double payment which I intend to pay, why suspend the connection.
