billed for services i cant use
I got an account from afrihost and its not working, i contacted support and the support guy failed to solve the problem and told me \i dont know hey"and that was it no more support. I got an acount at another ISP and everything is working perfectly.<br> <br> I requested that my account be cancelled and refunded but afrihost insist on still charging me for an account i cannot use and their support dont even want to try and fix it.<br> <br> Truly pathetic service. I wouldnt recommend afrihost as an ISP to anyone"
