Billed for fibre that never worked

Billed for fibre that never worked. After almost two weeks from ordering fibre and attempting to get it working by 2 people phoning Afrihost technical support 2-3 times a day and not getting anything resolved, I received the bill today for the full amount. If only the tech support was a good as the billing department.
