Billed annually without notification

I recently signed up for Afrihost's Afrihost+ package, with a month's free trial and then R99/month afterwards. The first bill I have received for this service covers 12 months, i.e. R1188.<br> <br> I was not made aware that I would be billed annually for this service.<br> <br> I request that 11 months worth of billing be refunded IMMEDIATELY.<br> <br> I hate to say it, but this is yet another example of the decline of Afrihost's customer service since they were taken over by MTN.<br> <br>
