biggest peice of **** service!

WORST SERVICE BY FAR!!!! Do not by any means take a deal with afrihost. I specifically called in the month of July querying their month to month data deals. I advised an agent that within the complex that i reside, the signal is really terrible and that i would require a technician to test the signal. he told me there are no techs and that we will have to test the signal by taking a sim. if no signal, then cancel the package and they will refund me if a debit is taken. no signal, the debit was taken, and after 5 calls, 3 call back requests and 2 requests for management i still have not spoken to a manager and was told that there is nothing they can do but i will be debited again and if i cancel i will pay a R999.00 PENALTY FEE FOR A ****ING SERVICE I HAVE NOT USED!!!!!!!! obviously the call of me being advised on all of this now cant be found on my profile as the complete ***** that i spoke cannot grasp the fact that the profile was only created upon taking the fkn package!!!!! i was also told a manager WILL NOT contact me back.
