Big promises , no action

We have ordered and paid Afrihost for fibre access. They have taken our money but cannot get the connection active. 5 days and as many hours on the phone with call centre agents and we are no closer to a solution. There is no easy contact...you must sit in the call centre queue and wait for someone who transfers you to another operator or who just simply cuts you off. Terrible non-existing service and endless problems. A big waste of time and money.
