Beyond the Breaking Point - Utterly useless

I am beyond frustrated with both Afrihost as my ISP and even more so with Vumatel the FNO. I would like to raise my concerns, early in November we logged a relocation and were informed it will happen on 19th – 21st of November and we planned our move around that because we need connectivity being in the Telecoms industry ourselves. Afrihost fail: No calls or further communication until dee day, being the 19th of November, on that day we get the following: Vumatel was unable to automatically plot the address you gave us on their Fibre network, and we now have one of our Fibre Ops team manually placing the order. This will create a slight delay in the placing of the order, however once placed the rest of the process is once again automated.

Working in telecoms I did all the feasibility and checks way in advance, sent a municipal bill with the stand/erf number, google co-ords, street view maps, Vumatel maps showing all the active lines around me. Then harassed all the new neighbours in order to get confirmation that the entire area is live on Vumatel's infrastructure and that is who they are currently using as their FNO. Now according to Afrihost they can't do anything further until they get feedback from Vumatel and no one is taking this seriously and this has been going on since the beginning of November, we planned our entire move around initial dates given, had to cancel and now in limbo with half our stuff in the new house but cannot move in as yet. We work from home and have x3 kids on holiday. This whole process has been an absolute nightmare, we have x3 properties all with the same ISP and FNO and no one seems to care enough to just give proper feedback or get this sorted. You can't contact vumatel directly so everything is a huge mess up.

This is not a new order, this has been going on from the beginning of November. Please can I get some sort of assistance or help or ETA’s and what exactly is going on. Absolutely no regard for clients and the impact on their livelihood.
