BEWARE!!! POOR SERVICE FROM AFRIHOST!

SHOCKING Experience!!! STAY AWAY from AFRIHOST. They are quick to bill you but customer service is non-existent. Beware!!! Their WhatsApp chat group is impressive but that's all. I am paying for a service that I don't have and am told if I cancel before 6 months I am liable for costs. They are also blaming TT Connect who aren't much better by the way. They are both playing the BLAME GAME!!! Meantime I still have no fibre connectivity. I work from home so I am beyond frustrated, disappointed and fuming as it's also cost me a fortune in data. TT CONNECT now want to come to premises and bill me a callout fee. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Supposedly they can't fix it remotely. I think it's a ruse and just another money making strategy on their part. How AFRIHOST won ISP of the year is beyond me. They must have voted for themselves. I only gave them 1 star as I didn't see an option for no stars. Pure Fibre Joy they say. What a joke!!!
