Beware of Deceptive Free Month Offer During Cancellation

Be careful when clicking the "free month" option during the cancellation process. They'll still charge you. You’d think clicking it would apply to the upcoming month, but that’s not the case. They’ll charge you, and only offer the free month for the following cycle. I asked for a refund, and they’re acting clueless. Honestly, beware of this shady practice. I don’t understand how they can claim to be the "best home internet" when they're this useless.
