Beware of AFRIHOST ****

I have had the worst possible experience with Afrihost as an ISP, I made my application for a fibre installation on the 19th of November 2025 till today 13 Jan 2026 I have not had an installation done. Every time I contact them for an update I’m told that the FNO has cancelled my order and there’s nothing they can do to help me however if I cancel and ask them to fetch their router which is still sealed in the original packaging I will be billed R999 even though it’s not at all my fault that they are choosing to not install. They never send any communication unless you call first.
