Beware of Afrihost!

On Afrihost's own Client Zone it said this morning that if you want to cancel a subscription you can do it before the 15th of the month. Also, it says that cancelling a Plus subscription can be done within the CURRENT month. However, when we cancelled this morning we got a confirmation message saying that our last day with them would be the last day in September, thus almost two full months away. When talking with their Bot on WhatsApp to complain he said that their policy was changed a while back to two months notice and, very sorry, but there's nothing they can do about it. People should beware that, together with the absolute ****py service of the last weeks that made us cancel after so many years, Afrihost will try to **** you one last time while on the way out the door.
