"Best service on the planet".......pffft. No service!!!!

From excellent to terrible instantly. Afrihost cancelled the service to the wrong address after it has been working for 2 months and now i get told they cant help me because it's sunday and the call centre is closed. They say "Best service on the planet" but this is the worst i have ever seen. They cancel your service on a saturday and then tell you they cant help you because it's sunday and the centre is closed. Why did they cancel the service to the wrong address in the first place. Fire the idiots that do not know how to read a screen and get someone competent. I now have to wait 24 - 48 hours before they wake up again and sort this out. This is not how you should be treating a customer and with this service i do not see how they will get more business. It's extremely disappointing this. ****py service.
