Best service I've had from ANY company

What a wonderful company! The employees are super friendly and accomodating. Whoever you make first contact with helps you as far as they can. I had a problem with my router (not the one they supply) and the whatsapp support agent (Palesa) took her time even requesting screenshots in order to help us troubleshoot. Seem the problem was the router. So today I called the accounts department to upgrade to the router that Afrihost supplies and I was assisted by Philane. Philane was great, I didn't need to explain for longer than necessary. He even escalated my request to please be credited the data that I havent been able to use (due to the router) I got even better news than I was expecting when he called back :) I am being credited towards the purchase of the Afrihost router! I am strongly recommending Afrihost to anyone still waiting on fibre. I will definately use them once I have fibre too! Thanks guys!
