Now in January 31st 2020 telkom after a week informed me that they will not be replacing the copper line that was stollen. And Afrihost had just dedicated the full amount for February. After a 15min call to them they understood that I didn't steel the cooper line and refunded me for the Jan week, and and payed back in full for February, no cancellation penalty. , as fibre is now available here, I truly recommend Afrihost.
