Best customer service ever!

We have had excellent service from Afrihost and would really recommend them to others. They are the best! Vodacom terminated our Fibre contract and installation without any notification or explanation. Eventually we found out that they assigned our installation to our neighbor. They re-assigned an installation but this would only happen in September 2020. This was unacceptable to us as we had signed a contract in July 2019 already. We contacted Afrihost the same day and within 5 days, our installation was complete, our router was delivered and our fibre is up and running. They have a WhatsApp customer service line, where they help out with any issues. Thank you Afrihost for the fabulous service.
