"Beloftes maak Skuld" / Promises cause Debt

In June 2021, Afrihost advised that it is upgrading my fibre line from 100mbps to 200mbps - jay! thank you Afrihost, or so I thought. I've been testing my line daily and no upgrade, 12 days and counting. When I contact Afrihost they refer the problem to Vumatel. Vumatel referred me back to Afrihost. Round and round we go.
