Being Ripped of by Afrihost

Company with no Ethics. One of the worst internet service providers in the market, Be careful when signing up with no copy of your SLA. Internet fiber line is currently down for the last three weeks. Every day when i called i am told the call has been escalated and to give them 24 hours to respond. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks. I ended up paying for a full month. Now when i want to cancel i am told i have to pay for a months cancellation - but no one there can understand my view is that i cannot pay for something i am not getting. There is nobody there that can assist it seems that the only respond you get it sorry for the inconvenience caused. When signing up with Afrihost be prepared to be ********** as this company has no business ethic and the people employed there has no honor.
