Being cheated out of my capped package

I've been a happy customer with Afrihost for years. Recently I noticed that my capped account keeps getting capped after a few days and the usage log does not add up. I called to complain and some guy said he'll investigate and get back to me but never did. When I topped up with 10GB again, I noticed that few seconds later 300MB was already used up. I complained again and someone else gave me a story that I might have been back-billed for my previous session but again nothing like that shows up on my usage log. <br> <br> Now I have 2 capped accounts. A primary and backup. I will only consciously manually switch to my backup when primary is capped. Few days ago, I received a notification that my backup capped account is capped. How is this possible because I had at least 4GB and I have not used it in days because I'm currently using my primary capped account. So it's impossible and to my shock, the usage log says I used it that day. Clearly this is theft.<br>
