Being charged for a cancelled service 11 months later

<p>I have contacted Afrihost 3 times in the past 11 months to ask for the Device Protection Plan to be cancelled but they never do cancel it - I see that Afrihost keeps on sending me invoices, charging me for a service I no longer want, making me a fool. It is like none of the people whom I contacted at Afrihost did their job - THEY LITERALLY IGNORE YOU AS A CUSTOMER. So all they are doing is to make their profits happy and never you as a customer. </p>
