Be VERY careful

Very disappointed, poor communication. Its been almost a full week and nobody has emailed or phoned me back yet explaining how long the process is,or when I can expect the router. They were quick to ask my banking details. After that I had to email them . I want EVERYTHING STOPPED IMMEDIATELY!!I cannot do business with a company who doesn't care enough to explain the process to the customer.
