Be careful of Afrihost

I signed up on the 12th August 2024 and today is the 5th Sep, 19 working days later and fiber still not connected. Incidently they say youll be connected in 7 days. I bought 2 packages. Site 1: They sell you fiber telling you that there is coverage in the area and then later, after you have signed up, they tell you there is no coverage. Now its admin to get my money back. Site 2: Still no fiber installed. They then throw Openserve under the bus and say they are waiting for them to install. Then trying to get email or phone assistance is very difficult and they don't get back to you.
