Be aware that Afrihost is closed on Weekends and during this period cannot provide any support to their clients. Stay away.

Please do not go to Afrihost. They only provide support during weekdays office hours and their support lines are closed on weekends including the whatsapp line. This is absolutely ridiculous as most times issues happen over the weekend with downed lines or website issues. I previously used to regard Afrihost much better than most providers but they have let us down tremendously with this approach. My fibre has gone down yet again on a Saturday morning and I can't get a hold of anyone to run basic tests something that is provided by other service providers. Get real guys, its 2018, the level of efficiency of your support and client facing channels define your business not all the fancy packages that you sell.
