Bandwidth that dissappears

Afrihost promised its customers that from the 1st of Dec 2018 we get double of what is allocated to me monthly.If I get 25g then it will be 50g.

I used to get available and used bandwidth Sms notification before the announcement but that somehow is no more.Eve since this announcement their data just disappears.

I dont download a lot and I use their data only in my 2 phones.I feel ****** and speaking to Afrihost via phone or their whatsapp is helping either.How can 2 phone use 40 gigs especially when the only time they download is when the apps are updated?

Afrihost is robbing me and chances are I am not the only one?I repeat something very ***** is going on in that company.My router is off during the day as I am an work and only gets connected at 18:00 when i get home and get switched off at 22:00.
