Bad?No ADSL connectivity

I hope this is where the buck stops. Almost about a week now that I'm struggling to get connectivity on my ADSL. I have log tickets after tickets, spoke to consultants, request port resets, done so many speedtest (if I can), reset my router till I'm blue in the face. I have requested to take the matter to Telkom as well but nothing as come of it. I need this matter to be sorted with proper engineers who know where to look, what to do and how to do it, not trail and error, by doing this and that
