Bad & unimpressive service from Afrihost

We did a migration to the new complex we just recently moved into beginning of February '21. We moved in on 27 Feb and they assured us that the connection was all sorted and we'll get and just plug and get started. We have not been able to work for 2 days already and ongoing. We've contacted both Afrihost and TTConnect A LOT OF Times and have not had any joy.
