Bad support

Am totally disappointed in the support service. I logged a call 9 hours not even a response over weekends. Have been off 9 hours this weekend and not even sure if anyone is reading the emails for assistance. Not at all the service I would expect from a company like this. People run businesses each hour the company is offline causes loss in revenue. If you looking for a company that supports their clients I would not suggest Afrihost. If a payment goes through 1 day late you get bombarded with threats of disconnecting your line but when your line is down no response.
