Bad Sevice and still no joy

I app**** for a line in Dec 22 Line was installed active but not working at all. My account is being debited for something not working at all. Rooter was collected and still no feedback from Afrihost service is pathetic the call centre can't even help and when you want to talk to a manager, he doesn't even talk to you i have to use my airtime and time to resolve the issue and still nothing is resolved. you pay for something that is not working. Afrihost is quick to take your money but cant resolve the issue please can we look into this
