Bad services

I want to first say im dissapointed at Afrihost network service that i pay for its not up to standard i have been recieving speed of under 7mbps for whole month with agent not knowing what is the issue and says MTN will have to resolve the matter which the whole month they telling me samething and today i get an agent his name is Doron and was so rude to me and think its right to laugh at my situation im facing and when i asked about credit for poor service been receiving hr laughs and says we wont pay you for network issue the contract says so. So he thinks im stupid i dont know law i have sent email to relevant party to deal with afrihost and Doron cus im tired
