Bad services

Good morning, I had a conversation with Rhulani N. How can you assist a customer and not even pay attention, I advised that we have Fibre problems, I was on 8mbps and you guys moved me to 10 mbps, we had the same amount of devices on 8mbps and never had a problem, now that we are on 10mbps with still the same amount of devices nothing works and the wifi is really slow. I explained to Rhulani N my problem, He/she just asked how much is my speed so I tested it and I advised him/her, Rhulani then rep**** with "thats excellent", I responded with no not really im still sitting with the problem, He/she then had the audacity to ask me what problem. I ended the chat because why do I have to pay more, have troubles with my wifi and when I want to have the problem resolved your employees doesn't even bother to acknowledge the problem and help. This is the most disrespectful conversation I've ever had with one of your employees.
