Bad services

I've been trying to migrate my fiber line from my old residence to my new one. I ordered the migration on the 10th of December. I still do not have fiber at my new residence. Ive never worked with any company that has such a pathetic customer support system. There is no track of what my situation is so I always have to reexplain my issue. Sent fotos and go through the whole process again, only to heer at the end we are waiting for openserver and there is nothing we can do futher. When speeking to openserver they say its afrihost responsibility to sort out the internet with them and I am not allowed to call them directly. I will strongly recommend to not do business with Afrihost as well as Openserver. There is just no communication and any effort from both sides to get the issue resolved.
