Bad service with Afrihost and Vumatel

I decided that moving from Telkom to Afrihost as a service provider would be a good idea. Bad decision. The reason being is Afrihost uses Vumatel fibre lines. These lines constantly give problems. I now have MUCH more downtime than I ever had with Telkom. When I do have down time I can't even get hold of anyone at Afrihost if it's after hours. If I do get hold of Afrihost I'm told it's not their fault it's Vumatel's fault and I have to wait for Vumatel to fix the line. This isn't good enough as I signed up with Afrihost!

I feel I have made a big mistake that I didn't wait for Telkom to lay fibre in our road. I feel I am paying Afrihost for a service that I am not getting.
