Bad service tv keeps buffering

Afrihost decided to bump up my line to 50mbps up and 50mbps without my permission, as per them vumatel changed the packages and we just had to accept it, ever since this was done I have been complaining about my speeds as the internet speeds is slow and the tv keeps buffering, I have sent several videos to afrihost showing them how my tv is buffering on their watsapp line but knowone is assisting me, I cant work from home as my pc freezes, I took this package so that I will be able to do alot on this package but I am having endless problems with no assistance
