BAD SERVICE & *******

Last year I signed up with Afrihost for one of their LTE packages, all was good up until September this year.

September 28th I lost a connection & on the 30th I logged a call & since then It's been back & forth with responses from different consultants.

On the 1st October a debit order came off from account for that month. Mid October i get a call from Keith who advised me that they should move me to Telkom as Cell C claims that the area i live in there's no coverage & that made me wonder if there was no coverage why was I able to sign up & how have i been connecting all these months.

Afrihost has failed me as a client & while at it STOLE MY MONEY hiding behind Cell C.
