Bad Service. Stay away.

Seems like Afrihost's service has finally degraded. I have been with them for ages. I am trying to upgrade (not downgrade) my package, yet their support is unable to do so. Note, this is not the fault of their support agents, but poor policies and systems in place at Afrihost. Their system is also showing an old package that was changed more than a year ago.

I have also been having issues with my line for ages, which they weren't able to fix.

If you are looking for a good ISP who cares about their customers, look elsewhere. It seems Afrihost has lost its previous values, i.e. putting the customer first.
