Bad service, same excuse
For the last two weeks, I have been battling with slow ADSL speed. I am paying for a 4mbps line, but I am getting download speeds of .09mbps. I have sent through tests to Afrihost and have been patient this whole time, but it stops now. Every time I complain I get the same copy and pasted message about high bandwidth demands, same apology, same story about network upgrades. I've asked for a discountrefund on my account, but was told that Afrihost does not give out a discount as network issues are inevitable. Inevitable for 2 weeks going on 3??? This is unacceptable.

As discussed on the phone, there are some network issues - however the results described do seem more severe than what we've seen in monitoring and testing from our end. Also some older tests that we've checked replicate slow speeds across two networks.
If you could, please complete some updated tests and mail them through to *** so we can troubleshoot further.
