Bad service provider

The worst service provider I have ever dealt with. Afrihost deduct money from my account for a fibre line I do not even have. 12 days later I still had to fight to get the correct speed. Then they refuse to give me credit for the balance they deducted wrongfully. Now two months later I made a late payment, Afrihost sent me multiple emails stating it will not be suspended, if payment was made before a specified date,yet days later after payment was successfully made they suspended my fibre and try to make them look innocent. Why then even bother to sent out emails if the emails is full of lies.
