bad service not worth paying for

i have a business account<br> and currently my line is so bad that i cannot work nor can i use the service because it keeps cutting. whats the point. If nothing changes i am going to cancel. Also their consultants ask me things without reading what i posted. Do not ask me to do the standard stuff if i already gave u a good analysis of what my network is doing or do i have to take it a step further and tell you what your network is doing that. If your consultants do not know what a pathping is then they should not bother and pass the query to someone else.<br> <br> it is sad to see that i have to post my concern here after getting months of good service. thank god i have a backup by getting mtn to put in a hsdpa booster so i can work on that network.<br> <br> thanks again afrihost for giving me good service in the past but awsome **** service right now :)
