Bad service. No terrible service

What pathetic service. I got today from Sakhile S. No empathy, no escalation process. Only afterwards he said he cna request a call back. This is the first company I come across that can't transfer you to a manager and you must call in again about your complaint. My line was on 20mb due to lockdown then I never received the email that the special was over. This guy Sakhile insists everyone got an email. I sent him the screenshot not once did he say sorry. He tells me I must reboot and via wifi my speed will be 4mb and plugged in directly at 8mb. This is day light ******* so my phone etc. I must plug in the box so it can work properly. I have never in my life had such bad service with someone.
