BAD SERVICE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have two services currently with afrihost and ordered an additional one which was approved and debited from my account no problem . the problem being is they offer the same day service and a week later we still fighting for the delivery today the courier comes I give him my Rica documents as required by law and on top of it the driver wants to take a photo of my id .... what b... s .. is that . I refused as no one takes a picture of your id. Please afrihost advice me on how you plan on rectifying the matter as I will not allow a courier service to take a picture of my id when i have all the required documents as per the Rica laws. AND WHEN I CALL IN NO ONE CAN ASSIST they are willing to let me cancel all my services what kind of service is this .
