BAD service, intermittent coverage and clueless support agents

Every time the power goes out (which is happening daily now due to load shedding) my Fixed LTE stops working. The clueless agents at the watsapp support centre then informs me that the sim card has been "suspended" by MTN and that they will cue it for re-activation. They are unwilling/unable to give any feedback on why this happens, and I have to contact them several times each time to actually get the sim activated again. For a company that sells itself as having "excellent" service this is actually a joke. I will be looking for another service provider and hear that Screamer is rated very highly.....
