Bad service - Inconsistent Line Speeds!

Since I moved into my new house at the beginning of February, I have been having the worst experience with Afrihost. I upgraded my link from 10mbps to 50mbps and if I get anything above 40mbps for an hour a day it is alot. It constantly runs at 1.75mbps then goes to 20mbps then comes back down again.

Have not had such bad service in a long time, considering moving ISP's ASAP.

I have reached out to their support countless times and each time they say they'll referesh my link, it then improves for an hour and goes back to where it was.......
