Bad service from Elizabeth Ngubeni

I complained about Vumatel last month, Someone used my address to apply for Wifi, now i need to use it to install mine i am not winning. I complained here n i was requested to send my proof of resident i did and no body came to me. Your agent Elizabeth has a very bad service.she is now not even responding to my watsapp she just blue tick me. You do not needan agent like that on yout floor. If its not working or you dont want me to use vVumatell just let me know.
