Bad Service from Afrihost / and non assistance from Bonol N

I have app**** for a Fibre line about a month ago and till this very day no one has contacted me nor even update me on the status, i have been following up with them and always get the same feedback, today i followed up again and had a whatsapp chat with Bonolo N who came as very arrogant and not helpful at all. tried to ask her to even get her manager who can assist but she insisted on her no assistance by telling me unfortunately there's no reply from the other company but didn't even attempt to let he manager deal with the query. today i still sit here as a customer who's unhappy with no assistance after a month of request.
