Bad Service from Afrihost

To whom it may concern

I would like to express my deepest disappointment i experienced this week, in this 3 days after more than a year since i signup with Afrihost, i am on a 120GB data monthly package, 60GB daily data and 60GB night. this month the daily data only lasted me for 9 days which was quite questionable as there was no change as compared to the previous months on how i use my data. On the 10th of August i bought 25GB of data which only lasted for few hours, i then bought 10GB on the 11th August which also lasted just a few hours, worse experience is the 12 August where i bought 10GB and disconnected all devices excluding my laptop, it only lasted for atleast 6 hours. i strongly believed that there was a technicality that took place behind this, as i have consulted Afrihost in order to get clarity on possible is this, but none of the consultants were able to give me clear answers. I am really disapointed on Afrihost service, this is unacceptable.
