Bad Service from Afrihost.

I bought an LTE package (50mb) and was delivered on the 1st June 2026, since then I haven't been able to use it due to slows speed (avg 1.5 mb). I've been on whatsapp a few times, with ticket OVL-***1 as the case number, and on the call with an agent from the company. This case has been escalated atleast 3 times without any resolution. Today is exactly 8 days and this thing is sitting on my desk and not working. I'm completely disappointed at the level of service from Afrihost in getting my issue resolved. What I also want to know is if someone will credit me for the time spent without the service that I paid for. I need this thing resolved ASAP.
