Bad service from Afrihost

Very bad service from Afrihost, this is the 3rd week since I've had internet access, I reported it and made several follow ups, all I am told is we escalated to Vumatel we waiting for feedback, apparently the ticket is not assigned to anybody for 2 full weeks, come on Afrihost get a grip. What is the level of service of agreement between Afrihost and Vumatel, looks like non existing by the way this is going. Afrihost says I'll get this addressed in 72hrs, 72hrs is long gone still no internet service. This is no a free service I must remind you, even worse I paid in advance and this is a kind of service I get. This is totally unacceptable. Please restore internet access.
