Bad service from Afrihost

Problem is that Afrihost says I have data and Mtn says I don't. Starting yesterday I have spoken to someone at Afrihost, who did not solve the problem and did not call me back as promised. I have sent Afrihost a 2/10 survey result, and have recieved SMS acknowledgement, but still no one has contacted me.
