Bad service from Afrihost

I am so frustrated with the service received from Afrihost. I signed up for a change from fixed wireless to fibre and there has been a lot of back and forth and I still do not have my account active. I was wrongly informed that I could use my existing router only to be told once I failed to activate it that I actually need to order another router. Really frustrated at the bad service
