Bad service from Afrihost

I app**** for internet with Afihost on the 14th of feb 2026. I cancelled mweb due to bad service. I have a vumatel fibre already installed and the fibre was released by mweb on the 8 th of Aprill 2026. I am still waiting for Afrihost to connect my internet. 3 weeks this is not exceptable. The management there is not interested in phoning me even after about 10 calls logged with the service desk. If this is how they treat their new customers how are they ever going to fix a problem in the future. They keep on trlling me it has been escalated, yet no responce.
