BAD SERVICE FROGFOOT AND AFRIHOST

I had such bad service from them, They deducted my account for an installation that was ordered on the 25.11.20 and still today 21.12.20 they did NOTHING.

They are blaming frogfoot and frogfoot said they cant install. They don't get back to you, you have to phone them everyday.

Today I requested to speak to someone higher up and they just keep transferring me to other departments.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOU !
